Cheyenne Frontier Days is back in full swing and celebrating its 125th year! The 28th is Cheyenne Day at the rodeo and all around town. That means many businesses are closed so employees and their families can go to the fairgrounds plus attend fun things like the pancake breakfast. Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Cheyenne, they serve over 100,00 flapjacks, 3,000 lbs of ham and use 630 lbs of butter and 475 gallons of syrup! Best part....its all FREE. So if you are in the area head down to the Depot Plaza for breakfast and then shop downtown's sidewalk sale sponsored by the Downtown Development Authority. Blue Door Arts will be open from 9:30 till 2:30 on the 28th for the sidewalk sale. Rawhide Studio jewelry will be 15% off during the sale. Come in and see the designer, Dave Rowswell at work and get a sneak peak at some of his newest designs based on the Sheridan Floral leather working style.
